"Joani and her team assisted us at Church for the Nations in Chandler, AZ during our Easter service. This particular weekend was uniquely important because we were transitioning from one Sunday service to two. We needed not only an artistic element, but creativity that would help produce momentum. When we initially met with Joani, she not only walked us through the vision of the event but assured us that her and her team would be there to help see it through. Joani and her team delivered with excellence! Our services and transitions had never gone smoother.
Joani has a true gifting for adding artistic touches to any and all production/ services. She constantly makes herself available to any questions/concerns and is timely in all she does. Not only is she extremely professional but she is very personable and an absolute gem to work with.

I had the privilege of working under Joani Wangerin’s leadership for four years as the director for theater and film at Experience Arts School, and I can confidently say that she is an excellent boss.
Despite my limited directing experience and my faith still being in its early stages, Joani took a chance on me, and I will forever be grateful for that.

The preconceived notion that if you make a ton of money, become the center of attention and accumulate status as an entrepreneur that you have “arrived” at the peak of success. I believe that the true measure of success is not by the accolades one has accumulated or millions of dollars that have been gained. I believe that it’s measured by the people you’ve helped. The people you’ve loved. The people you’ve invested in. The people that believe in a dream so much that their mentor adopts it as their own to help them achieve what they never thought possible. Joani Wangerin, or as I will always know her as, Pastor Joani, is not just a woman of great character, but a woman that has laid down her own wants and needs for the benefit of others time after time and again. Whether it be advice, affirmation, training or time, which is everyone one's most valuable asset whether or not they realize it, Pastor Joani, has been the person that people can run to when they’re in need. Along with her extensive teaching and industry experience both stateside and abroad, Pastor Joani is more than capable of handling anything thrown at her.
Personally, I am truly grateful that she has taken the time to teach, train, guide, and most importantly, love me and my wife wherever we’re at. Early on in mine and my wife’s career, we really leaned on the teachings and training that Pastor Joani provided. Running a business is not easy. But if I learned nothing else from Pastor Joani, and I have learned a lot, I learned to have an iron-like faith in the face of adversity. Even to this day I think about those times she exercised her faith for her team, studio, and customers when it was overwhelming. In those moments, watching her lead, I knew that I wanted to lead in the same way. A rock. A cornerstone for which people can build and find their own pathways.
